Waitlist & Privacy Terms

These terms apply to the early-access waitlist for the Concordex payments & swaps API. They explain what data we collect when you sign up, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights over it. By submitting the waitlist form (or emailing us to request access) you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The Concordex payments & swaps API is operated by Provenance Tags ApS, a Danish company registered in Copenhagen. Contact: nhs@provenance-tags.com. For the purposes of EU data-protection law, Provenance Tags ApS is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

2. What we collect on signup

When you submit the waitlist form (or email us) we collect the data you provide — typically full name, email, organisation, your role, and a short note about what you would build. We also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submitting request, for abuse prevention.

We do not collect any data you have not explicitly submitted on this page. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies; no third-party tracker is loaded.

3. Why we collect it

We use the submitted data to (a) contact you about access to the Concordex payments & swaps API, (b) assess fit between your use case and the current cohort, and (c) plan capacity for upcoming launches. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating prospective users of an early-access service, together with your explicit consent given by submitting the form.

4. How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are retained for as long as you remain on the waitlist or hold an active relationship with Concordex. If you ask to be removed, or if the waitlist programme is wound down, we delete the entry within 30 days.

5. Who can access it

Only the Concordex team at Provenance Tags ApS. The data lives on infrastructure we run inside the European Union; access is limited to operators directly working on the early-access programme. Sub-processors used for sending notification email (SMTP relay) handle the data strictly as a transport.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, or object to processing. Email nhs@provenance-tags.com with a clear request and we'll act on it within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Nature of the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not a financial commitment and does not entitle you to any token, allocation, service or refund. Concordex is a software platform under active development; features, availability and access cohorts may change without notice.

Nothing on this site or in the waitlist communication should be considered financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Running payments on a public blockchain carries operational and market risk; you remain responsible for the policies you configure on any project you eventually run.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms occasionally. The version on this page at the time you submitted the form is the version that applies to your submission. Material changes will be communicated by email if we hold one for you.

Questions: nhs@provenance-tags.com. These terms are governed by Danish law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
